Personal Training is all about you—your goals, your pace, your progress. Together we will work on strength and mobility. Whether you want a fresh training plan or 1:1 sessions with me in the studio—I’ll make it work for you.

Together we can set your personal goals, develop a plan and start your journey to achieving maximum results, in the quickest and most effective way addressing your specific needs and goals. Whether you consider yourself a beginner, or an athlete, we will use an individualised approach to your training, working enhancing your physical performance and health. As you develop, becoming fitter and stronger, so does your training difficulty and complexity.

Time slots: Flexible or fixed, Mon–Sun 6 AM–9 PM

Location: Studio Eclipse Zug (or at home/outside on request)

Session length: 60 min (or 45 / 30 min if you prefer)
