Healing Through Movement
My Journey to Yoga
After an injury, I discovered the world of fitness, and since 2017, I’ve taken delight in teaching various group fitness formats. Through Bodybalance, I was introduced to Yoga. At first, it felt strange and not really my vibe — but over time, it led to a deeper connection with myself and a better awareness of my body. Since my teenager years, I’ve struggled with body image and body dysmorphia, and exercise had always been a way to change or “improve” my body. But Yoga hit differently. I found something I’m truly passionate about — something that allows me to be fully present and forget everything else around me. It helps me accept and love my body, and reminds me of all the amazing things it can do.
I received trainings from various teachers and learned more about the body, alignments, the mind and breath. Now I'm specialized in a modern approach to Yoga, that invites everyone to move and breath together. I combine functional movement with traditional Yoga asanas to create fun and engaging sequences that will improve your strength, flexibility and mobility.
Lucky to got introduced to Pilates
I discovered the variety and benefits of Pilates and quickly got hooked — especially the strength-focused exercises that build a solid foundation for both everyday life and the activities we enjoy in our free time.
What do I love about Pilates? The workouts are varied and challenging. Plus, with conscious breathing, your mind gets involved too — so you leave feeling not just toned, but also balanced and relaxed.
What changed for me after practicing Pilates regularly? I feel way more stable when lifting heavy — from squats and deadlifts to pull-ups and planks. Even my Yoga practice feels stronger, because a solid core makes all the difference, no matter what kind of movement you do.
Empowering Others
Experiencing how the training helps me physically and mentally on a daily basis has motivated me to immerse myself more in Yoga and Pilates, to learn about their origins and to support other people with purposeful training. Seeing people grow, get stronger, and feel good in their bodies is just the best. I get to support them, cheer them on, and celebrate all the little wins along the way. Every journey is unique — and I feel lucky to be part of it.

Meet Valeria.
