The classical Pilates method is a series of controlled, flowing exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Each movement builds on the last, focusing on core strength, alignment, breath, and precision. It tightens what’s loose and strengthens what’s weak. In Pilates, we focus on one exercise at a time—with minimal reps but maximum impact. It’s all about quality over quantity.
With regular practice, you’ll notice:

The method includes over 500 exercises and is practiced on classic Pilates equipment—like the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel—or on the mat using props like the soft ball, magic circle, or light weights.
My own practice—and the way I teach—are inspired by PILATESwiss®. The visceral method is rooted in neutral alignment, the alternating activation and release of the core and pelvic floor, and a conscious use of the breath. Together, these elements create an effective and deeply challenging full-body workout.

REFORMER
DYNAMIC + FLOWING
The Reformer is one of the most loved pieces of Pilates— and for good reason. It builds and tones the entire body with mindful movement, gently stretching and strengthening from head to toe. It is designed to reform your body’s movement patterns, eliminating bad habits to improve posture, strength and mobility. Whether you’re lying, kneeling, sitting or standing — each session offers a full-body workout that feels both powerful and light. You’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and deeply energized — especially through your back and core.

TOWER
PRECISE + INTENTIONAL
The Tower class creates a long, lean and fit physique; improving posture and toning your entire body. Utilising spring resistance these fun and energising classes combine all aspects of Pilates from working on the mat to working with the added challenge of the springs.
Tower classes help you understand your body by challenging balance, alignment and increasing mobility. You will strengthen & stretch your muscles with each movement whilst controlling the springs from your core so they don’t control you! 5 mins in you’ll soon realise there’s no room to cheat! If you want to challenge the whole body and walk away feeling strong, connected and tall this is definitely the class for you!

CHAIR & BARREL
INTENSIVE + RELEASING
The Chair is compact, dynamic, and made for those ready to deepen their practice. It challenges strength, balance, and control—with every move demanding focus and a strong, stable core. Ideal for advanced practitioners, it shines a light on where the body still needs strength and brings powerful results.
BARREL - it is used to find deeper connections to your back and core in a more supportive way as well as giving your body an incredible stretch and release
